Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Local deliveries within Kenya: 1–3 business days.
International deliveries: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been shipped.

Refund Policy
We accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations:

Returns:
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted for size, colour, or item variations (subject to availability).
